When you make purchases through our website, you must provide us with certain information that includes your name or business name, NIF / CIF or intra-community operator number and email.
Our prices do not include VAT given the variations of each country.
When we confirm the day of shipment of your merchandise we will notify you by email and attach an electronic invoice.
Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance, after confirmation of the order, or cash on delivery of the goods. This last option entails an increase of 3% that is paid to the transport agency that manages the payment.
The direct debit payment option has also been enabled for orders over € 180.
Orders will be sent postage paid only on land shipments. The Medal Factory is not responsible for the payment of emergency freight and will be consigned in the invoice. An order is considered urgent when the time margin between confirmation and departure is less than 15 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered workdays.
The manufacturing time for a new order is 15-25 days depending on the difficulty of the work. The average time to carry out an order of standard articles is 20 days. Although, in cases of urgency we can reduce considerably the manufacturing margin and set an exit date according to the customer’s needs.
